How to Use Noise Faders:
Choose the ear cap size (small, medium, or large) that fits your ear canal snugly but comfortably. Roll the plug between your fingers to compress it, then gently insert it into your ear while pulling your earlobe upward to open the canal. Hold for 10–15 seconds until it expands and seals. For more noise reduction, add the included reduction ring. To remove, twist gently and pull straight out. Clean with mild soap and water after each use, let air dry.
